From Our Family’s Plantation to the World
This vanilla starts with hand-pollinating a single flower that opens for only a few hours a year. It ends, months later, as a cured bean with an aroma you can smell across the room. Everything in between – the patience, the timing, the sweating and drying is what we’ve built our name on.
We are a vanilla plantation based in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. growing the Vania 2 variety in volcanic highland soil that gives our beans their signature bold, spice-forward character.

Our Process
Why Curing Is Everything
A freshly picked vanilla pod has almost no flavor. Everything you associate with “vanilla” — the aroma, the vanillin, the deep brown color – develops during curing. a weeks-long process of blanching. sweating, sun-drying, and conditioning.
Rushed curing is the single biggest cause of poor-quality vanilla in the market today. We don’t rush it.
Blanch
Pods are briefly heated to stop enzyme activity and prepare for curing.
Sweat
Beans are wrapped to sweat, triggering the development of aroma, color, and flavor.
Dry
Slow sun-drying reduces moisture and intensifies the beans’ character.
Condition
Beans rest and equalize in moisture, developing their final aroma and pliability.
Our Standard
Hand-selected harvest
Only fully mature pods are picked, never premature (a common shortcut that ruins flavor development).
Traditional curing, modern verification
Time-tested methods, backed by lab testing for vanillin and moisture.
Full traceability
Every batch traceable to harvest date and farm block.
Fair partnerships
We work closely with local farming families, paying fair prices and investing in long-term relationships and community growth.
OUR COMMITMENT TO GLOBAL BUYERS
Built for Trust. Backed by Documentation.
We know international buyers take a risk sourcing from a new exporter. That’s why we handle export documentation ourselves – phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, lab reports, and all required paperwork – so you’re not left guessing.
We communicate clearly, ship responsibly, and stand behind our quality. Our goal is simple: make your first order small, easy, and reliable – so your second order is 10x the size.
